+bearing in mind the huge number of patients that need to be dealt with , the attention and courtesy that both my wife and myself have received when telephoning or attending the surgery is second to none.the receptionists who are nearly always under pressure from 0830 onwards monday to friday are polite and friendly and however provoked {and I have witnessed such incidents} dont loose their cool.We never ask for any particular doctor by name because they are all in our view excellent.

I have spent two and a half months in hospital this past summer. After coming out I have had to go to Maywood many, many times for follow up care. I experienced some serious complications about 2 months ago which many doctors could not find the solution to. However, thanks to the persistence of the GPs at Maywood and after several blood tests, the solution was found and I feel incredibly well. I am so grateful for the service that is provided at this surgery. The nurses and staff are lovely and helpful as well.

Had great service from the doctor but I find the receptionist very abrupt and not very caring to your needs. Not very sympathetic. When your feeling Ill you expect a friendly face on reception not a miserable looking person
